I don’t know about you but after today’s workout I’m ready for some rest and recovery! Let me know what you think of this 27 min full body workout I like to do any day of the week. It really engages all the muscles and makes me feel great after!
How has your week been so far? Do you feel energized or are you tired? I have been feeling a mix of both because there is so much happening with the holidays around the corner that if I don’t take time to organize and plan each day it can make things stressful when they don’t need to be. Jason explained to me once that stress is a result of feeling like you don’t have enough time. I’ve been making more of an effort to write down my priorities each day so I can stay on top of my schedule and have time to do things I love. Do you ever feel this way? Would love to hear your thoughts if you can relate!
